nom masculinMoneo is a payment card which is used like an electronic purse for small purchases under 30 euros. The electronic purse can be filled at a special terminal called borne de rechargement in post-offices and other public places. It can be used in shops that display the Moneo logo. When paying for your newspaper or your baguette, all you have to do is validate the amount that will be debited from your purse. -
